Student Departure Notification

A Student Departure Notification form must be completed to advise the College of a student’s intention to conclude his or her enrolment . A full Term’s notice must be given in writing to qualify for a fee adjustment. A forwarding address, contact phone and email is required. Please return the form to the relevant Campus reception or to the College’s central administration at the Sadadeen Campus.
